A twist to one of our favorite potato recipes: rosemary sweet potatoes. Easy to make and a great addition to a plate of grilled meat. Try and enjoy!
Rosemary Sweet Potatoes
- 500g sweet potato, chopped into 2cm cubes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
- 5 garlic cloves, unpeeled
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Toss the potatoes with the olive oil, salt, rosemary and garlic. Bake in an oven-tray for 30 minutes, or until crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
