  1. Put the coconut chunks and hot water in a blender and process for 3 minutes on high speed. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve. Push down on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. This is your coconut milk.
  2. You can make coconut flour from the remaining coconut sediment by drying it in the oven for about 45 minutes at a very low temperature and then grind it into a powder with a blender.
